No. DT9781A/B) which is designed to purify genomic DNA from whole blood of mammals with non-nucleated erythrocyte. This products is from our new in-house brand called “DTI” manufacturing products in India, where we can even design products for you as and how you want it and deliver them to you immediately at very affordable prices. This kit may also be used for extraction of genomic DNA from birds and fish containing nucleated erythrocyte. It employs a unique lysis buffer for non-nucleated erythrocyte & leukocytes to release genomic DNA. Appropriate conditions for binding of DNA to the silica membrane spin columns is achieved by addition of ethanol to the lysate. Wash buffers provided in the kit efficiently remove contaminations yielding in highly purified genomic DNA. The entire procedure can be accomplished within 1 hour.
